Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

Return Policy
 Effective Date: December 1, 2023 
Thank you for choosing RC Box Club for your RC Car box subscription and RC Car needs. We strive to provide you with the best RC car experience, and we understand that there may be instances where you need to return or exchange a product. Please read our return policy carefully. 
1. Return Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. Only unopened and unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return. Damaged or defective items are eligible for return or replacement, subject to inspection, within 90 days of purchase. Limited inventory may cause replacement to be unavailable. One Time or Gift Boxes are not eligible for return. Due to the limited number of shirts that are printed each month, t-shirts from SWAG or Sticker+Shirt box subscriptions are eligible for an exchange on a case by case basis. Changes to sizes can be made for future subscriptions through your account. For information on accessing your account, go to How Do I Access My Account in the FAQ section. 
 2. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at within 30 days of receiving your items. Provide your name, the reason for the return, and any supporting images for damaged or defective items. 
3. Return Process: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return transit. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. 
4. Refund or Replacement: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. If you prefer a replacement, we will send it out as soon as the returned item is received and inspected. 
5. Limited Inventory: Due to limited inventory, replacements are subject to availability. In the event that an exact replacement is not available, we will offer an alternative of equal or greater value or provide a refund. 
6. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with supporting images. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Please see the FAQ section for information on how to pause or cancel your subscription, or make changes to your subscription service.
